1Acceptance of Terms

2Member Eligibility

• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not using illegally or unlawfully obtained funds for any betting activity on zeus77.

Zeus77 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is completed.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on zeus77. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as stated on your official identity document.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address owned by you.
• A Malaysian mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your complete current residential address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date at all times. Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting the zeus77 support team. zeus77 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Your zeus77 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities carried out without your authorisation. Please notify zeus77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Zeus77 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, FPX, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions on zeus77 are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your zeus77 account within minutes upon receipt of payment confirmation. zeus77 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

• Zeus77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to withdraw fraudulently obtained funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Zeus77 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for further review without prior notice.

5Bonus & Promotions

Zeus77 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all zeus77 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirements and eligible games are stated in the respective bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed through the zeus77 platform are subject to the game and betting rules set by zeus77 and the relevant game providers. Any bet confirmed by the system is final and cannot be cancelled by the member.

Zeus77 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent third party to ensure the fairness of all casino games. For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable odds, unless there is an obvious technical error.

• Zeus77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to system errors or human error.
• Bets placed after the cut-off time will be automatically voided.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, zeus77 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the original stakes.
• Exploitation of betting arbitrage or odds pricing errors is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Conduct

Zeus77 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and zeus77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the completion of an investigation:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using or attempting to use illegally obtained funds on the zeus77 platform.
• Extorting, threatening, or harassing zeus77 staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about zeus77 to the public.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — any bugs discovered must be reported to zeus77 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks through a bank or payment provider.

8Privacy & Data

Zeus77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our members in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Zeus77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from a competent authority or regulatory body.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

If your account is closed at the initiative of zeus77 due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining account balance may not be refunded depending on the outcome of the investigation. If the account is closed at your own request (voluntary closure), any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of review, provided there are no outstanding rollover requirements or ongoing investigations.

10Liability Limits

Zeus77 provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or any form of technical failure. zeus77 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the member.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond zeus77's control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including game providers and payment processors.

The maximum total liability of zeus77 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit applies in full to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11Terms Amendment

Zeus77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or through a prominent notice on the zeus77 website at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the zeus77 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.
